Excellent heat resistance, oxidation resistance, and nitrate resistance.
Useful in plants handling nitric acid, etc.
Useful for applications that requires heat resistance, such as sputtering device and a high-temperature oven.
All are clean washed. Clean wash format minimizes gas diffusion and prevents foreign particle inclusion.
